For Owens Corning, we often recommend the Duracool series, a high-quality, Title 24-compliant mid-tier option. To fit every homeowner’s needs, we offer a three-tier “Good, Better, Best” system, helping you choose the right shingle based on your budget and plans for the home.
Warranties for New Roof Installation Services
All of our materials come with a limited lifetime (prorated) manufacturer warranty, which we register for you. We ensure warranty compliance by using 3 to 4 components from the same manufacturer, avoiding the risks of mixing and matching. Additionally, we offer a 20-year workmanship warranty on all shingle installations.

Contract & Material Selection

For roof replacement, we remove the old materials first. For new builds, we start installation immediately. Materials are delivered to your home, and most projects finish in 2–3 days.
Permits & Compliance
We take care of the permits (or you can, if preferred). All materials meet Title 24 and Energy Star standards, essential for San Diego homes.
Final Steps
We register all manufacturer warranties and leave your property spotless. We even provide on-site bathrooms for our crew.
